Splits Not Sits Focus:
Friday April 17th, 6pm
Hip Flexibility · Strength · Alignment Dedicated to safe, alignment-based leg flexibility, this session targets hip flexors, hamstrings, inner thighs, glutes, and rotators. The goal is to make your splits functional, strong, and deep. Expect approachable stretches, active engagement, and breakthroughs you can carry into your vinyasa practice.
Flying Cobra: The Mother of All Backbends Focus: Saturday April 18th, 10am
Backbending Technique · Spinal Alignment · Conditioning From cobra to scorpion, we’ll explore the mechanics of safe, progressive backbending. This method emphasizes alignment before amplitude and stability as the foundation for mobility.
Inversions & Endursions Focus:
Saturday April 18th, 12:30pm
Headstand · Forearm Stand · Handstand This session explores the art of upside-down balance. As a former gymnast, I view handstand as the foundation of many acrobatic skills. Together we’ll build a solid base through wrist, hand, and shoulder conditioning, strengthen your upper body and core, and progress through drills that improve alignment and mind–body awareness.
Acrobatic Core Conditioning Focus:
Sunday April 19th, 10am
Strength · Control · Dynamic Flexibility Leverage your body weight to unlock acrobatic strength and stability. Apply awareness and precision to inversions, transitions, and backbends while building core stability for controlled progressions.
Mindful Contortion Focus:
Sunday April 19th, 12:30pm
Active & Passive Flexibility · Strength Integration For intermediate to advanced students ready to deepen both strength and flexibility. Learn to connect strength, flexibility, and accuracy through techniques from gymnastics, ballet, and circus arts. Develop flexibility safely and intelligently—without guessing.
After you make your purchase, you will be given the option to secure your spot in class.
